HARPS assist individuals in finding and maintaining a safe and affordable place to live while promoting personal growth and wellness. HARPS supports are non-clinical, because we draw on common experiences as peers to provide empowerment, guidance and encouragement to take responsibility and actively participate in recovery.
The goal of Peer Bridging is to offer support to peers who are transitioning from inpatient settings back into their community. A Peer Bridger develops rapport with a person preparing to leave treatment and return to a healthy life in their community as they share hope and encouragement.
